Make Some Tea

Escape from your existential angst (otherwise known as happy) tea

STEP 1... HAVE WHAT YOU NEED

What you need...
- Mesh tea ball
- Hot Water
- Mug

Ingredients...
- German Chamomile Flowers (Matricaria recutita)
- Lemon Balm Leaf (Melissa officinalis)
- Nettle (Urtica Dioica)
- Turmeric (Curcuma longa)




Chamomile flowers (top left), Lemon balm leaf (top right), Nettle (bottom left), Turmeric (bottom right)


STEP 2... PUT IT TOGETHER

 Put chamomile, nettle, and lemon balm into the mesh tea ball...

 Heat up water and mix turmeric powder into it...

Put mesh tea ball into turmeric water and let it sit for a few minutes...

Voila, happy tea!

STEP 3... DRINK IT

Drink it and feel the joy...

Why does this tea make you happy?
- Chamomile reduces irritability and calms
- Lemon Balm helps with anxiety, mild depression, restlessness, and irritability
- Nettle cleans and detoxifies, if you're feeling miserable you aren't gonna be happy, also replenishes energy
- Turmeric which contains curcumin helps to improve mood
- Cause tea is tasty

Did I enjoy this process? Would I do it again?
- Yes I did enjoy the process, its nice to mix my teas up (I'm an avid green tea drinker). I wasn't sure about the turmeric since it was a powder, but it ended up blending in well. I'm pretty sure the tea worked I'm in an o.k. mood, though I was in an o.k. mood before the tea as well.
