First I put the peel directly in the flame and it got much bigger. Second I help the peel away from the flames and squeezed, this made the flame flicker and grew bigger. This happened because orange peels contain a lot of volatile oils (mostly composed of limonene), this is good fuel for a fire. The
chemical formula for this reaction is this: C6H10 + 14O2 = 10CO2 + 8H2O
